I think Anet should move any accounts that have been inactive for the last 30 days into a Overflow(storage) server until they come back to the game which they will then decide on their home server again.

This will free up spots in some servers with dead accounts that’s taking up space.

lv80 with skills fully unlocked, warrior, elementalist and engineer
lv80 Necromancer, all professional skills unlocked, working on the final norn elite skills.
