And yes, it’s this topic again. I think I saw the last one six months ago and nothing has changed since then. The map is rife with bugged events and the remaining ones are zerged so hard that by the time I port in or run there, they’re usually over.

And that’s really all there is to this topic. If there were enough events that worked, one wouldn’t have to either camp the spawns or waste an hour to get this done. For now, I’m just not going to put myself through this frustration anymore.

If people have problems with there being bugged events then they can compile a list and describe why it is broken including any other useful information.

If there are issues with others, list them out and what problems you are experiencing. If the event completes so quickly that you cannot get credit, then state that.

Rife with bugged events? Besides the Quaggan emissary and Ramsy which other events generally bug out?

I find the best way to get the daily on this map is wait for the Order of Whispers chain (3 events) and then hang out with the Kodan until either the emissary or the assassin event happens.

You could do the JP for a fourth or sometimes fourth and fifth.

  • Start at Hunter’s Pitfalls in the northeast corner of the map.
  • Look for the wounded moa. Attacking it starts the Beak of Darkness event.
  • Head south to King Jalis’ refuge, and do the jumping puzzle

By this point you should have two events complete, or 3 if the veteran looter spawns in the jumping puzzle. If the flower collection event spawns as well, you’ve just completed your daily events.

Those armadillos would be a lot cooler if they looked more like real armadillos. mmm armadillos

I think the lead up event to the flower collection is another one that might bug. So that makes three that I can think of out of all the events on the map.

Escorting the two quaggans to the quaggan village can also start at the end.

Content guide is your friend finding events once you tell it to lay off the Personal Story. But if you are in proximity to a bugged event it tends to point toward that. But there are loads of events beside the Quaggan ambassador. I did most of them in the upper right portion of the map other than the one escort mid map with fighting off the Jotun.

The trick, with most daily event completions; is often not to run around madly trying to catch events that are called out in /map. It’s to go to an area where you know there are a concentration of events and simply wait/initiate those.

Snowden Drifts is actually a great zone for the daily, because quite a few events are in little chains. It’s just a matter of building up a knowledge of what events are where and when. Something that ideally will have been done when doing map completion.

Hi all,
For Snowden Drifts, I stay near Jotun’s Vista where there are two Escorts going in opposites directions. Sometimes, I can finish one and run back and catch the Escort going the other way. Then I wait about ten minutes and the other one starts again.
As was stated earlier, just camp out in an area where events take place rather than jumping all over the map.
