Guild Wars 2

Twice now I have been in the last part of the tower and both times the game crashed. Not only did it crash it started a new screen I’ve never seen repairing and i had no way to get back in! Twice i spent over an hour battling to the very end and within reach…boom gone again. Too many disappointments lately, seriously need to walk away from something that causes my BP to boil over when it is meant to relax me. B.S.
So angry and disappointed right now i have no words.

Join a party, even if its just one other person, when you crash you can go back there to the point where you disconnected from the server.

It happened a third time, disappointment doesn’t even begin to describe my feelings at this point.

I logged on my wife’s comp….a clone of mine same settings same everything, no problem soloed the last part….sigh.

Unless you cloned/ghosted your wife’s computer using your disk before trying it…
It might be the same on the outside but the background programs are different. Also, could be a hardware issue on your HDD – bad sectors where GW2 is installed.

Suggest you do a disk defragmenter to move files from one sector to another.
Also, you could delete YOUR GW2, and copy your wife’s GW2.

What you are describing sounds like a typical bad memory chip issue. I had this happen to me, repair after repair, and it still crashed. Reinstalled, still crashed, but nothing else on my computer was having issues. Ran a memory scan, found a bad chip. Replaced the bad chip and have not crashed again. If you have not done so, try downloaded memtest and give it a try. http://www.memtest.org/
