I had almost all Rare Dyes, and yet only got the ones my main already had, in alts i had Midnight Ice and Celestial Dye, what now Anet? -_-

Have you logged in on all your characters? I think you need to do that before you can see all dyes on all characters.

Log in your other alts and they’ll be added to your dye list.

File a ticket. Also, if you haven’t logged into the alts to merge them, do that.

What Linnea said. I unlocked all my alts dyes after I logged on every single character.

All my dyes are account bound including Abyss and Celestial. But I did log into every character.
