Guild Wars 2

Hey guys, this is not a bash thread at all. I am just about to hit level 80 with my Norn Warrior, and I am wondering what should I do now?
I think he is going to be more of a WvW toon. I know I should go into WvW and starting game it up but should I be looking at crafting too to help get new weapon/armor?
Or higher level world events, I to set my self up for contributing to WvW other events. What should be my next step to obtain gear? I know I have a lot of gearing up to do, I am wondering what is the best way to do that?

Easiest way to get a set of exotic armour is to visit the Orr Temples and buy what you need if you have the karma.

Crafting or TP works as well, but that can be dependant on your amount of money or supply of mats. I always found it a bit of a waste of gold to buy…but then again, it’s only virtual money so not something to worry about!!

If you are short on any of the above, equipping a full set of rares (very very cheap and easy to get) will keep you competitve enough whislt you take whichever path to get exotic (or ascended longer term). If you are going to wvw, I’d at least be decked out in rares first.

If you clear the 3 Orr maps and Frostgorge, Maelstrom you will get 2 exotics just for completing each of those maps. The orr maps are pretty fast to clear too since there are no hearts to bother with. With those exotics you can use what you need and sell the rest to help buy the rest that you want/need. Apart from that just do whatever you find fun in the game and in time you will have enough to buy/make what you need.
