I’m very exited about the upcoming expansion, but what are we supposed to do until then? There is no date on the expansion, though I suspect it won’t be out for another 6-9 months.

I can’t imagine we will get no content for 9 months… so what is next?

It seems the LS is on hold until the expansion… but surely it should be replaced with something?

We were told a veteran focused feature patch was coming… when is that? Will there be any more festivals?

Most MMO’s have months, sometimes even years in between expansions. It’s nothing new. The GW2 community is just spoiled by Living Story.

Most MMO’s have content between expansions, GW2 isnt special with the concept of biweekly or monthly updates.

I think I saw something panned for late February, since the last Living Story segment is available until the 23rd or 24th. So, we’re probably getting another few scraps until HoT or a seasonal event?
Wouldn’t mind another hit of Dragon Bash.

I assume the same, we’ll likely see something the end of the month.

I’d also assume that we’ll hear a release date at PAX east and it’ll be at best late April and worst case late August.

Rumor has it we will see something related to Chinese New Year (Cantha?) maybe as soon as tomorrow. There was some event going on in the UI of the last Points of Interest show.

There are NO cooking applications for Bloodstone Dust. None.
(Except murdering a grumpy grawl.)

But maybe there ARE cooking applications for other Ascended materials. Dragon(ite) Bash Cake, perhaps?

I really don’t think we’ll see an update tomorrow, i would guess they’d at least have announced it by now.

I think it’s pretty fair to say we’ll see something the last Tuesday of the month though.
