and came into my mind, that GW2 could use Shakrams and Faeblades as new weapons!

Chakrams were actually a focus skin back in GW1. Wouldn’t mind seeing some be brought back.

One day I will finish that game. Curse you GW2 for sucking up my time!

Vindictus does combat a lot better.

never played vindictus, gotta take a look.

I was thinking the same about the chakrams just yesterday. KOAR had pretty good combat.

It’s a good game……….though unfortunately Nexon NA runs it like kitten last I played.

There are several more “if only …” related to that game.

As for Vindictus, great game but too bad about Nexon. If you stick to only ever playing one character it shouldn’t be too big of a problem.

I played it earlier this year. Combat was okay but everything else was horrible. It seemed like they spent most of their time making Act 2 and then ran out of steam after you left. The random high level mobs on the island you start the game didn’t help either.

Edit: Oh wait. That was Two Worlds II. I did remember Amalur from a year or so ago and that mage was so OP with a simple spell combo.

Chakrams in GW1 are Dagger skins not focus as in the Split Chakrams(http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Split_Chakrams).

I agree.

I frequently play KoAR along side GW2 because of the chakrams and faeblades (as well as the many other wonderful aspects of that game).

If a new game was GW2 + KoAR, I would never play any other rpg…ever.
That is my ideal game. Despite the similarities of the two and their being so close to perfect, each lacks a few crucial elements that the other has. A combination of all that is great in both would be amazing.

Faeblades, like the ones used by one character in wow? Dunno, perhaps Largos utilize such weapons, but who knows…
