Nah you just merge the next expansion with your old core account getting hot and the new expansion on the old one.
But what if i want a second one for a relative and trasfer a character? No Problem if the new one starts from 0 with alss account shared things. Just trasfer a char with all his stuff and skills.

Sadly i think the characters cant be transfered to another account, its the same that you cant have 2 chars on eu version and 3 chars on us version aswell.
