Keg Brawl’s now only available one day a week again I think. Because Arenanet made Sanctum Sprint a 24/7 activity during the festival of the four winds, Keg Brawl got to fill its two spots in the rotation.

It was fun being able to play Keg Brawl multiple times per week again, even if it was only 3 days instead of one. In that time I made a couple new friends and met some pretty good players who hadn’t played before the update.

Some of them wanted to join my (now retired) Keg Brawl guild but were disappointed when I explained that it’s only available this frequently for the last month only.

I hope someday we can get to play Keg Brawl free of the activity rotation. Until that day, see you maybe on Sundays. :/

Can’t you do Keg Brawl 24/7 when you talk to the dude in the norn frozen lake area?

No. They shut it down completely for awhile. Then they simply added it to the Activity rotation. It never returned to the Norn home city.

Hey, I played a match with you once, Serelisk! You totally kicked my rear at it though. XD

I did like having Keg Brawl being more available too, but it was usually dead empty at the hours I play and it’s not fun sitting in there waiting for players for over 10 mins without anyone else turning up. :/

Anyway, these days I’m doing it mainly to finish up my Recoveries/Assists/Wins achievements, but they’re awfully hard to do in random PUGs. Is there anyone else out there who’s interested in forming an informal Keg Brawl guild for the achievements?

That’s the biggest issue against the activities at times, you will find ones you really like and don’t like and then are stuck if they are not up. To me the Winter’s event (Snowball Mayhem) was a ton of fun and then its gone until next year. A lot of the others just don’t hit the same spot and therefore that part of the game is skipped which is a shame. I get keeping them special but the rotation schedule could use a review.

Wonder if they could add a Keg Brawl solo que and team que with leaderboards.
Couldn’t hurt and another activity to get people working together, no issues about classes as it is a set in stone skill set.
