That would be a major disappointment. Some games that have to much levels and dont allow players to play whit friends of different lvl dont have that. I cant think of one good thing that would come prom this.

honest answer:

the datamined scrolls were just plans for the next 10 years (remember there was a line that had a 10-year anniversary item)

these lvl 60 scrolls are probably for down the road when you have your 6th birthday or w/e

I don’t really know what to say, I mean, I can’t go a single day without getting at least 3 of those, and all I usually do is Teq and maybe a Fractals run. And Karka Queen. Any two of those should get you several scrolls.

It’s funny you bring that up, because they’ve just had some serious talks about it.

For a slightly more serious answer, I believe there was a mention someplace that all three server clusters (including China) are using the same code base.

What you’re seeing are probably items that will (eventually) be sold on the China gem shop. I find it extremely unlikely for them to be sold directly in NA/EU (more likely be dropping them in BL Chests – as TP sellable items).

The money I spend buying gems to keep them in a job as do many other people.

This is the issue with datamining.
People assume that everything found in the dat-file is actually something that will be added to the game.
This have been shown to be incorrect multiple times.

Unless it is announced by ArenaNet themselves, it is not official and should not be considered legit information. Simple as that.
