Now that guesting is in place, what are the current leveling/ alt servers for NA & EU?

What servers -

are active even at night time?
have players leveling in higher level maps [level 30+]

Have I missed out on the discussion about this matter?

I know most of you have already tried guesting. Let us know which server you guested on and how your experience was.

On Blackgate(NA) we seem to have a bunch of people in maps at most times of the day. I was incredibly surprised to find people in the leveling zones when I decided to level my guardian this past week. Most of the 30+ maps were actually more populated than when I leveled my first character at launch.

I would assume though that you would base your guesting on the time of day though. I know some servers have heavier EU, SEA, Aus, etc populations so they are probably a better pick at 3am than a heavy NA population server.

(EU) Desolation has plenty peeps out in the wild, even at night and early in the morning.

I have no idea what a leveling server is. Are not all servers able to provide leveling?

What a weird response. Anyway, if you can’t figure out what a leveling server is, then I’ll break it down for you.

• There is now guesting in game
• You can “guest” on any server and do all content but WvW
• Players are wanting to level in worlds that are heavily populated so it feels alive
• Players are forming a non-official leveling server so that if you are leveling you can guest there and you will have many players to play with

If there is still a part that you may have issues with, let me know, and I’ll try to go in even deeper.

That’s a weird question.

So essentially you are asking us what the busiest servers are in the EU and NA. Something that can been clearly seen from the world selection menu by looking at the server populations or taking the time to do a little guesting.

You also ask if you have missed the discussion on a forum that saves discussions and indexes them with a search tool.

And why are you speaking for all players and claiming we’re forming some non-official levelling server thing?

I’m genuinely confused.

I’ve neither seen or heard of a “leveling server” being dedicated, nor have I seen populations drop anywhere to the level that this would be necessary. There are so many ways to level in this game that you’ll never require a specific place to do so. Heck, I’ve leveled a couple alts up mostly in WvW alone.

I’m leveling an alt up on Jade Quarry. I was very suprised by the number of people in low level areas. There were so many people in the 15-25 human zone that I had to group up to get credit for the events (stupid warriors 1-shotting everything)

There is no such thing as a leveling server. I’ve never had anyone bring that up before.

A low population server would be better(faster) for leveling. Higher exploration bonuses.
