I seriously do not get this.

GW had it, it’s a much need mechanic, who want’s to have to rebuild everytime you want to mix it up? especially when you are PvPing with a team and need to suit up fast.

All that has been designed in this game and such a basic feature is absent, why? it reinforces my suspension that they are not too fussed about the competitive side of PvP in the game which is a shame coming from Guilwars.

There are other little things that are just off with the PvP but this is the main grief I have up to now.

If there is this feature already in game after that rant and I’m missing it I’m going to feel like an idiot.

We’re going to have this feature later. We’ll be able to save up to 3 builds.

Even outside of PvP, I’d like to be able to select a loadout of utility skills.

As an Engineer I’ve got a slew of them to pick from and they’re all situational, based on whether I need to hold down a point, escort a pack bull, or run my personal story solo.

Being able to tap a key and swap to a new set of 6-0 keys would help a bunch.

Well because of the way GW1 handled skills and builds, it was far more necessary. But yeh, Id like to see it in GW2 as well.

I agree – GW1 had (in my view only) far superior build capabilities, linked with many more skills.

And with secondary profession as well, the build save was essential as you levelled up.

With GW2 being based on a much lesser skillset – and in my opinion more of a slash and hack than tactical combat, it isn’t needed.
