Well this is annoying. I’m trying to do some map completion on one of my characters, but it appears that Jofast’s Camp is no longer a point of interest, but the number of POIs on the map remains the same.
Just for comparison, I searched for the POI the character I’m doing the map on, and with someone who’s actually done a world completion.
It disappeared once before then it came back. I hope you reported the bug?
IIRC, the POI there is ‘underneath’ the waypoint. Basically it’s in the same position, but waypoints take priority. So it’s not actually visible on the map. There’s another place in Malchor’s with the same problem.
That’s not to say it hasn’t vanished, but do check to make sure you’re not just missing one of the other POIs.
I’ve checked all other 27 POIs, and I’ve walked around the whole camp, so unless by “‘underneath’ the waypoint” you mean there’s a tunnel for the camp (I’m standing on the WP in the first screenshot), I think it’s safe to say the POI got deleted.

just out of curiosity how did you come to the conclusion that increasing a restart timer on an event must of removed a poi?

What would be great if map icons weren’t stacked on top of each other to hide each other, and that players aren’t looking for kitten -brown squares on a background of kitten -brown coloured terrain.
