Some PvP items are not deposited
Most likely because you already have that same item in your PvP locker. It only allows one item per slot.
If you want to have more than one of it, equip it from the locker on an alt. Then go to the character trying to deposit it and it will work. But the alt won’t be able to deposit it.

Make sure to use a PvP salvage kit. You can use those mats to make more PvP skins.
