Guild Wars 2

I’m told that map completion gifts are required for all skins, however someone told me you only get two per “account” not per char upon completing the goal. Is this true?

If so is there any way to make these gifts outside of the two you earn?

correct me if i’m wrong but it is 2 per character as world completion is character bound.

That works for me, I may have just got bad info.
