Let me know what you think. Just having some fun putting together ideas of new skills. So excited for them > . <

Light of Judgement (Guardian) – cast a big spotlight to target location; for the next 10 seconds enemies inside the light produce a shadow clone of themselves that autoattacks them whenever they activate a skill. Allies in the light gain protection and might.

Cursed Legacy (Thief)- Target enemy leaves behind a trail of shadows wherever they go for the next 20 seconds. All enemies standing on the trail are damaged. If the caster stands on the trail, he will swiftness.

Scapegoat (Thief)-
For the next 10 seconds, target enemy becomes an enemy of his allies. He is affected and damaged by all skills and attacks of his allies.

Bane of Existence (Mesmer)-
Target enemy is shrouded by a big cloud of mist that is stuck to them for the next 10 seconds and is only visible to the enemy team. Enemies inside the cloud cannot see each other. Enemies inside the cloud cannot receive boons from others and cannot give boons to others.

Golem Ward (Elementalist)
Create a slow-moving golem at target location that doesn’t attack but emanates a radius of unstable ground that interrupts enemies activating skills other than #1 around it. Enemies that touch the golem are knocked back. The caster can toggle the golem to stay or follow enemies. Golem lasts 20 seconds.

Wormhole (Engineer)
Construct a wormhole that slowly pulls in nearby enemies to its core for the next 5 seconds. Enemies that don’t escape get sucked into the core and are teleported above ground and fall down from the sky for medium fall damage.

Beast of Entropy (Mesmer)
Spawn a cosmic beast that lasts for 30 seconds and avoids enemies but stays nearby allies. Every 5-10 seconds, the beast roars, emanating a blast radius that doesn’t damage but shuffles the skills between all enemies caught in the blast, even mixing up skills cross-profession.

Soul Envy (Necromancer)
For the next 10 seconds, tentacles come out of your body and you hover above ground when moving. Activate the skill again to latch your tentacles onto the nearest enemy with more health than you and leech their health. The amount you leech is the difference between your health and theirs.

Make an Example (Elementalist)
Encase the target enemy’s feet with crystal, immobilizing them for the next 3 seconds. During this duration, nearby allies receive any boons that the target receives and nearby enemies are struck with lightning whenever target attacks or activates a skill.

Vengeful Spirit (Necromancer)
Summon a vengeful spirit that is invulnerable and follows one target enemy. Whenever target enemy causes damage near the spirit, all enemies nearby are damaged for half the amount he causes.

Paralysis (Ranger)
Shoot an arrow coated with a paralyzing toxin at enemy target. For the next 10 seconds, target enemy bleeds, losing more health when he is moving and leaves behind a trail of blood. However, if target enemy stands still for 1.5 seconds, he becomes completely paralyzed for 5 seconds.

Hangover (Warrior)
All enemies around you are affected by hangover. For the next 10 seconds, ally and enemy shouts cause a bit of damage to them and puts them in a daze.

Capacitor (Engineer)
Construct a capacitor that absorbs spells cast by allies and enemies within the wide radius around it. An indicator on it shows how much energy it has absorbed from spells. Once it has maximum energy, it discharges a huge blast that knocks down and damages all surrounding enemies. You and allies can also go up to the capacitor and press F to use up some energy to apply health regeneration.

Souls Fortress (Guardian)
Raise up a spirit tower that cast a beacon of light into the sky, calling all spirits of slain enemies and allies in region to come to it and defend it. Spirits will have the same skills and stats of their respective bodies. For the duration the tower is up (60 seconds), the defending spirits will attack enemies that go near the tower.
