Something positive about Support
I’ve also had great response times and results from the handful of times I’ve had to contact support. So, I also have to say “Yay Support Team!”
They generally have bene nothing but accomodating and helpful to me, too. I’ll second this sentiment here.

Support appreciation thread? I’ll throw in a thanks too, they were very helpful in regards to an issue I had with the wardrobe update some time back.
Been playing on and off since Beta and I’ve never had an issue take longer than 24 hours to get resolved (and I’ve had about half a dozen tickets). I know they have had a tough time lately (overwhelmed with the increase in new players due to the recent game sales), and it’s good to see some positive feedback again.

They must have had an influx of new players lately because areas of the game that were fairly quiet are really populated now. Or maybe old players have decided to finish up characters. Or both. I dunno, but the game seems busy ever since the HoT announcement.
Yep, support has been pretty speedy the few times I’ve needed help! One even went above and beyond to try to help me resolve lag/FPS issues.
