Well I can say about the first pic that the guy does NOT say he is a Charr, he says “LIKE many char” so that is ok. The second picture on the other hand is just not right lol.

They’re actually transvestites, their surgeon was lvl 400 in plastic surgery.

There’s this Charr that comes in Arah Story mode I think, he says something with a female voice while smiling like a kitten I can’t help but facepalm and smile at the same time.
Also a Sylvari lionguard in Point Lion on Southsun that speaks with an Asura voice.
Lots of bugs I can’t even remember them all…
