Before the patch i could set them to HIGH, now only appears low and medium, how can i get them back to high though?

What do you mean? Did the option dissappear from your option menu, or are you saying that your game is considerably more laggy after the patch? Because the latter may be explained by plenty of players logging in. I would think it’s impossible to play on High while in labirynth with a zerg. I’m not sure though.

the option dissapeared from the TEXTURES menu, now i can only choose LOW or MEDIUM, the HIGH desappeared when the halloween patch came

I’ve seen this report over at the Tech Support forum. It’s possible they have altered this option being available based on some hardware spec in your system? (or it’s just a bug).

my computer is not so so strong, but there were few parts that i could put HIGH and could have 40-50 FPS and enjoy the graphics….i submited the ticket anyways, where i can see my actuall tickets and if they are answered?

Might be a daft question, but are you on PC Client or Mac Beta? Mac Beta has never been able to set to high on some of the options you see.

Alright np just double checking – yeah contacting them via ticket then as you’ve done so is the best thing then. It may take a while though, but if it’s been more than 72 hours, you can submit your ticket number for review in the sticky

Delete your Local.Dat,would probably fix this issue.

Located in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2

Just delete Local.Dat and restart your game,graphic settings are back to default now.

Otherwise do a repair on your client.

there was no local.dat in that folder cause i deleted it few weeks ago

There should be a Local.Dat in there because its get renewed automatically everytime it get’s deleted..If you dont have a Local.Dat in there,you cant even play the game.
