Its very frustrating to get nice stuff in a reward chest only to find its a mix of class required stuff that you can only use a piece or two of if that AND its soul bound to that character only. If your going to put this gear in these chest then the system ether needs to read from the character opening it properly so its for their class or make them account bound.

edit: eventually figured it out but had to research it. Never occurred to me to check the achievement panel for a copy … still digesting lol

If you are talking about pvp skins coming from a chest. Place them into the pvp locker will turn them to account bound items.

Pretty sure nothing we have gotten so far is soul-bound. If you are talking about the weapon skins, they are unlimited, so kind of not soulbound.

Open your achievement panel, any skins you’ve unlocked will be at the top and you can use them as many times as you like on as many characters as you like

what is the problem? you can create unlimited achievement reward skins.

He is talking about the PvP rng chest you get from the achievement chest.

As others have said, they are actually account bound. You click to deposit them to your collectables and they go to your PvP Locker in the Mists. And all your characters can access the PvP Locker to get the gear from it.

They are basically just skins for PvP only.

It just was not clear that the skin could be acquired from the new achievement panel more than once. Was a bit of a wait what? jolt Thank you Karizee

^— Technically it was. There is a dialogue box when you double click the skin that clearly states you can attain more from the achievement panel at no extra cost.
