Hey, so when I go to southsun, I get huge lag in fights. Not even the karka queen. For example me and about 12 others were doing a settlement event. The lag for me was really really bad. I couldn’t figure out why.

Does anyone else get this problem on southsun? I only get it on the island and I have no idea why.

I get the usual culling and low FPS in big fights there. No lag to speak of, though.

Were you just getting it this past hour or two? We tried a guild run in AC explorable and suffered constant lag spikes and dc’s on Kohler, even those of us used to a rock solid connection and great latency. It slowed us enough that while we did end up killing him, we ran out of time to go on. So it might not just be Southsun.

Past two days and only in southsun. I also was getting d/c and then it randomly just stops. I was talking in map chat and apparently I wasn’t the only person suffering from it. Same story reported by a few others.

Today has been a total lagfest, not just on Southsun but in every zone/aspect of the game.

ya, it happens all the time, sometimes I’ll have days where I have no lag at all, then theres days where I have lousy fps, I get d/c all the time and lag spikes constantly. this all happened the day they put in the karka queen, dont expect a fix either, and if they do something, expect more issues.

There has been bugs in-game since launch that they haven’t even bothered to fix, I think its a budget thing cause of NcSoft keeping Anet on a tight leash.
