the jumping puzzle starting from the top right corner, sounds fun...

You don’t actually have to do the puzzle to get there. You can just enter the cavern, make your way down to the floor (if you don’t have gliding unlocked it’s best to do this as soon as you enter by going down the ledges – it’s a long way) and then run across the floor until you get to the far end.

the jumping puzzle starting from the top right corner, sounds fun...

It is a very fun jumping puzzle, and not too hard (Though it is long. But it also has checkpoints, as long as you shill out a gold piece to the skritt.

I like it because it’s more focused on the puzzle aspect. I think there’s only about 2 or 3 jumps I found tricky, but lots of places where I had to try and figure out the route, went the wrong way and had to double back.

I was also surprised and impressed with how they fit it into the map. I did the Silverwastes meta event chain (and the story missions there) a lot before I got around to the puzzle and I assumed it was entirely underground, in it’s own ‘layer’ of the map because there simply didn’t seem to be space for it on the surface. When I found myself going below, above, around and through the areas used for the meta event I had to re-think the whole map design. I didn’t think there was any part of that map which isn’t used for something.

(I’ve since found out that’s not quite true, there’s a large area in the northwest corner, above The Sealed Cavern, which is supposed to be inaccessible but can be reached by jumping/gliding.)
