Spectral Flame
The ones in the Rytlock instance?
Avoid them, or dodge through them, or invuln through them.
No, they are also outside of the instance. At least I saw those spectral flames at the Shatterer spawn (and no, I’m not referring to the air elementals there).
I can’t remember them being there before the last LS patch though. So I guess there could be something to them…? shrug
