Circle your camera around and you can see the front too. It’s a bit advanced I know but you seem like you can manage.

Map a button to look behind you which faces camera on you. You may have trouble with running into objects though.

Just rotate your camera around from time to time. You can see his/her face that way.
Hide the UI, take a few nice screenshots. Time some emotes to try to get a nice facial expression for the screenshots. Mess with the FoV so you can get a closer/farther view.

I stop and stare at my characters’ head in cities and safe places all the time.

the look of your characters face is for social events ingame where u spend most of the time looking at it from the front.
unless you rolled a female toon in tight leather armor. then I don’t think you would mind looking at it from behind then ^-^

You guys aren’t being helpful at all to the OP. He obviously doesn’t know how to bring the camera around to view the front of his char and just saying “do that” doesn’t explain it at all. What muscles are used and in what sequence? Is there a best rotational speed to move the camera to bring it around? What mouse buttons need to be held down? Explain it better!

Exactly how does the OP expect to play the game with a constant front view?
If you just plan to sit in LA playing you Lute all day, you can turn on free camera and look at yourself for hours.

The obvious solution:
- Spend hours customizing the character of your friend.
- Play PvP against that friend as often as possible.
Then you get to see the look from the front, from the side, and (if you aren’t that good at PvP) from below.

Right now, OP can only post a picture of the char from the back. He is experiencing “technical difficulties,” shall we say, figuring out how to move the camera to a front view. As soon as he gets it worked out, then he can post a picture of his char in all it’s glory.

There is an option to make the camera stay where you put it even when you move. You can rotate the camera to show your character’s face when you run, but this will make playing the game difficult. What games are you used to showing a character’s face all the time that aren’t side scrollers? Cause I am not familiar with any.

You can already buy various pies for a few copper each. I don’t think we have a problem getting plenty of food to immerse ourselves in big booties.
