Mursaat were in between a rock and a hard place. It was either act, or lay down and die.

Aside from that, going to have to go with Mursaat as well. Though the headpiece lends some credence to the Seer, the dangly things give it away as seen in Mursaat concept art.

It doesn’t have wings and it is black… I don’t know if it is a Seer or not, but I don’t think it’s a Mursaat.

It really is do or die now seeing as he is the last of his kind and most likely doesn’t want to die at the hands of a dragon.

Sorry about that. I didn’t want to be too vague so that we could discuss what it would mean if the Mursaat or Seers suddenly came back.

Too bad that’s just concept art. GW1 concept art at that, so the in-game model is probably the best thing we have for a comparison.
