With no crafting of them anymore, I’m curious if there is still a way to get items like the Stalwart set? I’ve seen similar things asked again and again and no answer.

As far as we know, no, there isn’t. The PvP crafting is no more, skins were removed from achievement chests, and no new source has been introduced to replace those.

Right now the only PvP only skin you can acquire is the Balthazar backpiece. They’ve said they will introduce other PvP exclusive skins into the reward tracks later.
