I have the Stun Breaker/Stability Shout “Stand Your Ground” (Can be used even while knocked down, stunned, dazed etc.). If I get knocked down to the ground, If I use this skill too early, it grants the stability but i stay on the floor. If I wait for my character to fully land and hit the ground and then use the skill, I hop up. Shouldnt it just be midair if you use it, you regain balance and pop up? its annoying because the skill only lasts 5 1/2 seconds and when your down for 3 of them, its a waste and it didnt “break the stun” As it should have.

it’s a bit annoying yes but it’s been this way forever, on the one hand you could say this is annoying and should be fixed, on the other it could come down to you mistimed the skill and suffer the consequences.

I think of it as a bug, cuz if you haven’t been knocked down yet, it should prevent you from being knocked down. Either you’re knocked down or not. The half-way thru being knocked down — that doesn’t make any sense.

Having to go thru the animation to fall down before you can get the benefit of your shout is an awkward bit of ability lag (which there’s a lot in this game).
