Stalker armor! Can I get it? Where please?
Are you Level 80? I don’t think those Vendors sell you their armor until Lv 80, but I could be wrong.
videoboy is correct. Until you real level 80, the wvw armor vendor will only have the basic things. Once you hit 80, then you’ll have the option to get skins, too.
You can get it from karma merchants, as well.
The interesting skins will be towards the bottom of the many tabs on the vendor, and require some scrolling down to boot. The level 80 restriction is per character, not per account, or was back when I got the Conquest helm for my thief.
Also — on that page you linked there is a chart of places to get it for karma from the heart vendors, with levels in the 50’s. Keep that in mind as an alternate means.

It appears to be named Warden armor in WvW.

Wiki says that it can be bought with karma also, Fireheart Rise and a couple of other maps but not under the Stalker name. It’s various other names.

These used to be available through Personal Story. I don’t think that’s true any more.
The set can be crafted now via Leatherworker as the new leveling equipment, but it requires a lot of ectos.
Cheapest way is with karma:
