So when i click on Orphan’s letter i go to my home instance to find her and i cannot seem to see her. Is this not available anymore?

I just made Mawdrey II and that was out way before this Star was i believe.

I believe this event was exclusive to Wintersday, as part of the holiday season. So, no, I don’t believe you can anymore.

Mawdrey is different in that it’s based on a scavenger hunt. The Star was an event that was available during Wintersday so no you can’t get it any more

It will probably be back next year. It would make sense for it to return each year so people who need it can get it.

(Not that ANet always does things that makes sense)

Yeah, it was a seasonal event. Don’t know if it’ll return next year.
