Hmm i wonder if its still possible to get it? it seems i am missing that orphans letter (no idea why because i do remember getting the other one from asura).

the orphans letter would not help you would have to started talking to the npc in your home instance to activate it aswell.

Most likely you will be able to get it next wintersday.

Well in wiki its said that letter starts the chain by pointing that npc is in your home instance. Thats why i wonder

If it returns, that will be around Christmas.
