Guild Wars 2

I am at a loss on how to find my sons progress from last year and where/how to advance it.
All searches thus far only advise from last years on reddit and such are no help.
ATM this years letter is instructing him to goto home instance while there,there is nothing for him.
Please help I know I am missing something simple easy.
How does one obtain and or finish the Star of gratitude this year?

There’s an NPC in the Grove (bottom level) who sells special food. I think it’s for Grawnk to start the achievement progression.
