Can we please have the starting quest/tutorial/whatever you wanna call it for new characters removed if you have already completed it once with your account as an option?

It takes like 3 minutes. How often do you roll alts that it is that much of a problem?

I don’t see a problem with it.
Gives me a chance to unlock my 2 and 3 before I go into the beginning zones.

You are asking Anet to make key farming quicker to do? Shhh be quiet they will figure it out and find a way to make it take even longer!
