What is the current status of this issue? Do all boosters/boons still increase a % of the flask used accordingly, as in the past, pre-patch? Will this change in the future?

they are as they were before the patch changed them… and will be changing for sure September 3rd as far as i remember

i think karma drinks should just go away at this point… they were made because karma was character bound but now that it is in the wallet they have no use

The update on Sept 3 will change karma consumables and make them not affected by any boosters.

We will be temporarily rolling back the karma change in a hotfix to allow people the opportunity to turn in their karma with any buffs they intended to use. This temporary rollback will be in effect until the game update on September 3.

Please note, while this temporary rollback is in effect: the in-game text for the karma consumabkitten oster found on the Gem Store will incorrectly state that it does not affect karma gained from consumable items.

Has Anet mentioned anything about removing karma jugs and the like? Now that it’s account bound and not effected by boosters, what’s the point of having a consumable instead of just adding that amount directly to our wallets?
