my 3rd level 80 was another 10 hours faster than my 2nd level 80, and my 2nd level 80 level up faster than my first level 80. My warrior was my first 80 and it took him 73 hours.
My 4th is 1 hour faster than my 3rd level 80. So Yea, I think they actually made it easier to level.
