I was just at Fire Ele and while I was waiting, by the barrier to Steam Ogre, someone just dropped into there. Like literally dropped out of the sky, into where the steam ogre is, without the barrier going down. How is that even possible??

I told everyone in map chat, but they didn’t believe me, they said there’s no way to get in without the barrier going down… and it sounds totally nuts anyway lol

But I definitely saw it. And of course when we all went running back there after Fire Ele, it was on cooldown and everyone was like ‘What? What happened, I never saw anyone do it beforehand’.

If someone’s found some way to do that, it would explain why we never get to do steam ogre lately

It used to be easily jumped from a higher place using a jumpskill or something, but its fixed long ago.

You can fall in from above when the barrier is up
but it requires you to be able to remain on the platform after the event

im not sure if that is possible to do or not but if it is then breaking out of the map is one way of getting up there or the other is to time a jump off before it teleports you down automatically

you can jump from the platform and land in the portal creating a loop
I do this all the time for amusement purposes because im easily amused

but I havent tried using it as a way to stay on the platform so who knows how they did it

I believe you though.. its definitely something I think is possible and someone has worked out how to do

Yeah, people have been trolling by doing this more often lately. During FE they’ll jump down into it (not sure how they do it myself, as I’ve never tried) without the key and start the ogre, just to troll the bigger groups.
