For the 3 year anniversary sale, could we have a steam style encore sale on the last day, where a bunch of items go on sale again. I, and a fair few people I know, missed items we were really looking forward to for various reasons (I personally missed the only items I wanted because my ultimate edition gems didn’t arrive in time) and this idea would, I’m sure, appease this kind of annoyance in many people.

Gaile has stated Support are helping anyone who received the Ultimate Edition gems late and missed out on the sale because of it. A ticket to them should solve that for you

A one day recap sale of everything would be a nice option though.

They said that they couldnt so anything like remove the gems and add the items manually as they weren’t on sale anymore, hence why I’m wishing for this.

It can’t hurt to put in a support ticket, but they are far less accommodating than Gaile makes them out to be.

Yes, them not helping seems contrary to this
