Zoned in to Dry Top and saw this after I loaded in. Have never seen it before. Is it a bug or a new addition relating to living story? It feels like something similar to the Fractal Anomaly Ghost…

It’s a miniature Eye of Janthir.

The original was a mursaat artifact that appeared in the GW1 storyline and has possibly re-appeared in GW2 (in the new raid presumably). The mini can be bought from the raid merchant or from the TP.

Part of the new Raid and can be obtained as Miniature.
