I would really like this service implemented, you can remake everything about a character, let us change its race as well. Reset story if its an issue, convert racial skills to equivalents.

Which i would not mind if i didnt have to the kitten lvling again.

We’ve had the answer to this plenty of times: no.

I’m starting to think Anet needs to make a “Do not suggest!” sticky and instantly lock threads containing said suggestions.

I’m all for the race change decision , Anet needs to fix their gem shop first though .

A bigger question would be whether or not they decide to implement a new race. If so, I would go as far to say that a race change feature would be guaranteed.

People say ‘no’ now but just wait till ANet comes out with new races. The forums will fill with “I want race change service” posts.

Honestly at this point I don’t care. But from previous post from Anet they said they had no intention of adding one. If they will change their mind or not is anyone’s guess.

Intentions can change.

I’m sure they didn’t intend to add in an armor tier between exotic and legendary when the game first came out.

But after a majority of players got fully geared quicker than ANet had predicted, they decided to come out with a tier of gear that would take longer than exotic, but quicker than legendary as an intermediate goal.

They do have some things to work out as it pertains to the personal story.

There’ll be people who want to do the race change and want to experience at least the racial part of the story. But there will be others who went through the story but do not want to do the personal story over again and do not want it to pop up on their screen at all.

Class change seems a lot better than race change.

With a race change, you have story and other things to worry about. Class change wouldn’t harm anything.
