I recently acquired Glints Gaze Mask from the gem store and although the skin looks good I was disappointed to find it could not be combined with helmets or other non-conflicting akin to the Lich King from WoW. So something I would like to see in the future is the addition of an additional head cosmetic slot to allow us to combine different helmet skins. Anyone think this might be a possibility one day?

As much as I like the idea I think it would only be able to be implemented with a select few items such as the glints mask or Magnus eye patch and even then some of those could clip with other items such as masks or full helmets so I doubt they’d go through all the trouble for just a few skin combinations. It’s a cool idea but sadly one I just don’t see being implemented. =/

Yeah, it’s not worth it for them. There are only a handful of situations in which this would even be worthwhile.

It just happened that you personally have one of them, apparently.

I highly doubt it, considering the amount of clipping issues this could bring up.

Heck, we can’t even get helmet skins that show our character’s natural hair.

It could also be complicated regarding the UI and stats coming from the two “equipped” headpieces.

However, there are tonics that apply a “headpiece” to your character, without interfereing with stats, hair or pre-existing headpieces. Asking for more of these could be a solution. (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Thoughtless_Potion http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Selfless_Potion)

Another option would be to ask for more hair-styles that include large accessories, or even include a helm of some sort. Considering those are hidden when a helmet is used, but don’t get hidden when “facewear” is used, this could work.

I would love to be able to wear my glasses, bunny ears, gw2 ball cap, etc. with outfits. But if you’re wearing an outfit you have to choose to wear the headgear that comes with the outfit or no headgear at all.

I’d love to be able to do this, especially if we could get the hats/hoods to not cause dramatic hairloss.
