So basically I can’t stand doing Personal Story as I don’t find it fun or engaging the second time around.

Would we be able to just skip this altogether up until the last story when you go into Arah? You should only be able to do this if you have completed story before, though. Of course the major decisions would need to be made (ie which faction) when you skip the main story. And of course you would have to forfeit all rewards/exp but that’s something that can be lived without.

Anyways, just thought of how nice it would be to get that annoying story pop-up to go away. I really don’t fancy repeating story content.

Why you want to do just the last part?
Also, I’m pretty sure you can do the Arah part if you join another person, but it won’t count for your PS, but since you don’t like it, it won’t matter.
If you just want to be able to turn off the PS icon in the top right, then it is another issue.

Never bothered with PS because it’s insanely dull and boring. Did the first few levels on my first char (sylvari) but never got any further because it was SOOOOO BORING I literally couldn’t even force myself to do it. Haven’t touched it on any of my other chars. Just ignore it, you don’t have to do it. If they want people to do it they should try making it interesting. I didn’t care the slightest bit about any of the characters because they just behaved like idiots. Right from the very begining they were annoying and made me think, ‘Right, well you just go and kill yourself then if you’re going to be that much of an idiot.’ I stopped ‘helping’ them because they were intent on suicide and too stupid to live. There was absolutely nothing to keep me interested. I don’t know who can possibly have the patience to slog through all that nonsense, it was like swimming through treacle.

Personal story is interesting enough for me . . . .

Yeah I see what you guys are saying. I don’t do the story, but I just can’t stand looking at the thing in the top right corner. Some sort of toggle to turn it off would be a smart idea i guess.
