[Suggestion]Ability to Turn off UI Fade
If you are waiting that long, it sounds like a you problem. I barely notice any kind of UI lag at all. And most of the time I only notice it when its my own computer’s fault.

So what you are telling me is that you never notice the fade in effect, then fade out effect whenever you accept a mini chest (above your mini map on bottom right)?
I don’t. The only delay I get is about a one second interim if I have two wobbly chests to open, the second one won’t let me click it after I get the rewards for the first without that miniscule pause. It takes more time to mouse from the chest to the accept button, in fact. Does anyone know if there’s a hotkey to accept a reward? In time-pressed areas like the Labyrinth it can actually kill you thanks to that big UI panel blocking your view. (Yeah yeah, wait and let the chests stack up, but that wiggling bothers me the same way ceiling fans and whirling lights do).

Though the wiggling annoys you, asfaik there isn’t a hot-key to open those chests. The safest thing to do in situations like this is not even accept the boxes until you’re in a safe area or place you know that you won’t get killed. You won’t lose them if you exit or even get killed and have to WP, they will always be there to accept…even if you log out, it will be there when you log in next time.
Ah, I know that, truly I was just hoping I’d missed something somewhere that would avoid me having to mouse click the button in the middle of the screen especially as I use my mouse to run and strafe. The wiggling is just so distracting I keep looking at it instead of what I’m doing. Plus I’ve seen a few posts from people stating they waited on the boxes and ended up not getting them at all. Not that I think that is a standard problem, but it would be a hassle if it happened.
To be clear, I actually like the wiggling so long as I can deal with it immediately. It seems so cheerful. It’s the persistent motion that ends up giving a flicker effect (just ask my husband how fast I shut down any ceiling fan near me even if I’m dying of heat, if I can’t somehow block my view of the blades).
Back to the OP: How laggy do you find other things? Could you have a connection issue? As I said I get only a brief hitch in activation, but I have a pretty nice computer I specced out last April with gaming in mind and a FiOS connection without any real load on it since it’s just me and my husband using it.
I honestly have no idea what you’re talking about. Chests take, like, 0.5 seconds to load for me. Sounds like you have graphic lag or something.

Not until now, no. It takes less than a second.
Takes a fraction of a second for me as well.
