[Suggestion] Add "Noob" to the swear word filter

I do not think that “noob” is worth filtering. It’s often just ment as ‘newbie’ or ‘someone who doesn’t know what he’s doing’. I don’t think it’s really insulting.

Whilst “noob” can be regarded as an insult in some places, it is not considered profanity. this is why it is not caught up in the profanity filter.
