I have no idea if this has been suggested and/or officially denied, but I would really love to see the ability to save more than one trait build and just swap between them quickly. Ideally this could also include an equipment set in your inventory to swap on, but it’s not needed.
Anyways, was thinking a decent way to go about granting them could be:
1 for Play for Free accounts
+1 for any Expansion you buy (includes Base Game, HoT, and anything afterwards)
+1 for 1 char for 200 Gems (Limited to 5 per char)
+1 for all chars on account for 1000 Gems (Limited to 5 per char, combining limit with Character-bought versions)
Note: As I suggested, Veteran players who are around to buy all of the expansions would have the most benefit. I don’t think this is necessary, and if people really wanted more, I wouldn’t be opposed to adding them in another way, such as 1-time account purchases for each Expansion’s Trait Build for 1000 Gems. But I don’t expect it would be too necessary, as 6, which is available for all, is quite a lot to work with.
Would be nice if we could name them too, but not necessary is we could see a small tool-tip display of the build.
I know some people would think this would be pointless, because it is pretty easy to swap stuff out, but I’d love it to just be able to keep a few builds ready and more easily swap and use them without having to reference anything else. Also, this is a pretty fluffy feature, which is perfect for the Gem Store and/or Expansion perks.
