First, let me say; yes, I have this achievement (:“Ambrite Weapon Collection”) – so I am obviously wanting something here. I think this achievement is great! I did it even before the collections were added, because I was simply in love with the weapons and I spent a lot of time in Dry Top.

I also think that this is one of the harder achievements added with the collection achievements, that can’t be bought outright from the trading post. This makes it equal to that of “Dungeoneer”, which rewards the player with the same title.

I’ve also noticed that not many are going for this achievement, which I think is a shame. I was therefore thinking: could you make this achievement more desirable to get, by adding a title to it, so that you may show the extend of your love for the weapon set?

Just to get you started, here are a few suggestions:
“Archaeologist”
“Geologist”
“Gold Digger”
“Entomologist”

That’s an impressive accomplishment! I managed to make only 1 ambrite weapon – the shield (which I love to bits btw), I cannot imagine all the work you did to make the entire set.

voting for “Entomologist” of those, could also go for “Entomophile” or “I really need Moisturizer”

I agree, the Ambrite Weapon Collection achievement involves a huge investment of time and effort (particularly now that DT rarely passes T4 as far as I can see) and certainly deserves a better reward.

“Entomologist” would be fitting! I love this achievement, because you cannot just buy the materials. I’ve finished 3 weapons and took a break from Dry Top, but I plan to go back and finish it.

In before: “having the weapons is your reward,” (a common consensus when people ask for a title for finishing 5 legendaries).

exactly, getting all the weapons (of which I only have 1, the long bow) is actually a personal achievement for doing a particular piece of game content (not just farm and buy). These are the types of achievements that should get a little more recognition

….inb4 “whats the difference between farming dry top and farm and buy”

Its not like the suggestion is new content, new models etc. its just some added text.

Good names I don’t think the achievement is as hard as getting five legendaries, so I hope no one’s gonna say it’s ‘too’ difficult

Anywho, I’d actually really like a dev to take a look at this. I seem to remember them adding the title of “Wurm’s Bane” when people thought there should be a title for actually succeeding at the Wurm event

It is always nice to receive some kind of recognition for a difficult Achievement and i Agree with you 100% I have almost crafted and collected all the Legendary weapons in the game ( 4 more to go) and for this there is not even an achievement let alone a sexy title

I don’t mind having more titles in the game, so /supported.

With the Bioluminescence achievement added, where there will be the title ’Light in the Darkness" I think my post is even more relevant. Could this be considered?

I’m 2 recipes away from getting all the recipes and about 1/2 way there to getting the fossils….if I could only raid my husband’s stash of fossils!

A title for this collection would be amazing.
