Dear ArenaNet/Suuport, and Fellow Forum roamers!!

Let me try to explain my OPINION, about the game mechanics in Achievement System, and please forgive my english, i try to do my best to let you understand me.

I playing the game since its released (and i wrote this post with 7k+ APs – not too much, but its enough for me), but yesterday, when we talked with my friend I realised something huge, and disapointing thing in the games system, which was there in the past:
- The Achievements, specially the Monthly, and Daily achievements and their AP numbers.

I know, every game needs to be inproved in system, manual and every kind of ways, BUT:
- Its not to Fair the peeps, whos come back from a long period inactivity (like: move, bored out, or just no free time for their hobbies), OR just freshly started the game.
In the past there was A LOT OF ammounts of the achievement points what we earned in a single month. There was a Daily achievement (all of the tasks, gives the player 5-10 APs), and the Monthly (With 50 AP), and dont forget the Daily and Monthly PVP APs too.

If somneone not playing a game at every days, not completing the daily achievements, they will NEVER reach the 20-30k achievement points, BUT whos farmed A LOT in the past, they already have about 20k+ APs (besides unmilited APs comed back then from weapon kills, jp opens, and so on..)

I know, I know, the game have the log-in reward system which counting at every 30days (and refreshing – oh btw its not increase when you cant log in, jsut stay.. haha)

This ammounts of AP gains ways to slow, and a lot of parties, kicking the low AP players from Dungeons (not just from the explorer mode, when i was on my friends home and teached him to pleay, i saw they kicked him from Ascalon Story .. gg community), and wwhen the low APs players want to start a party, noone joined trough 2 hours :O why? In my opinion: Cus they dont want to play with newbies —- as you know, high AP = skill/experience/talent etc kitten …

Still, im in a true love with this game, i wont go back to another mmos, but its not too fair (i think) to another players who just want to freshly start the game (as F2P, or Core owner, or HoT owners)..

Id like to ask you dear ArenaNet:
- Bring back the old Monthly achievement system, or something like that (or just increase a bit the current APs numbers..)

All of those with 20K+ AP earned them by completeing various achievements across the entire game. Why should players get it easier by doing dailies (or monthlies that are pretty much dailies)?

With each update we’re getting more and more AP. They even added quite a few with the PvP map specific ones.

I know and I understand that, but i dont talking about instant 11k or any ammount AP for nothing.
I just asked them to improve the "daily" rewards AP ammount + bring back the old Monthly function.
Still I have almost every PVE fractal/ dungeon/worldboss/activity/crafting achievements, but the PVP is missing for me - and this is 7k+ AP (with the games early sates 2-3k AP from Monthly and Dailies.
Now, if someone did all content what he enjoy (like pve or pvp), its only some K, around 2-2.7k AP.
Anyways i hope you understand what i want to tell you.

Not the instant 2k AP from Dailys nor any huge ammounts, just a little increase, Daily complete 10 AP, but the Tasks maybe can give us 2 or 5 not 0.

I can’t agree that AP gain is too slow. I have an alt account that has plenty of AP from dailies alone (since I don’t actually play it).

I can’t agree that low AP is a critical problem for newer players. Sure, some folks think that they can finish dungeons more quickly with high-AP players — I have no interest in playing with such folks and fortunately, there are plenty of other PUGs out there.

I’m sorry your friend has a bad experience. I don’t think that’s a sufficient justification to change the system.

Its still, just a suggestion, and its only my opionion as i said, i accepted this in a long time ago, and i still love it, i just mentioned something which maybe can increase the newcommers satisfication factor in PUG lfg
