Hey all.

I would be surprised if this have not been mentioned before, but to my bog surprise have not seen or heard any mention of it.

I find it weird that we have no CC immunity.

My suggestion is to give us a 5-10sec buff after being cc’ed where we are immune to another cc for that time. It is tedious to keep getting knocked down and/or feared endlessly every 2 seconds.

Pull a group 2-3 taurs and you might as well go afk until they have all had their rotation of running you down….

Well simple solution for a tedious issue.

You can also dodge those knockdowns. Or blind them so they miss. Or stun/daze them. Or interrupt them with your own knockbacks/knockdowns.

And if you can’t do any of those then equip a stun break skill and use that to instantly be up and ready again.

Here’s a list of stun breaks for you -

Example:

“Claw of Jormag is going to scream, pop stability skill, duration 5 seconds, stability gone, giant ice spikes throws you back, you run back to spot, giant ice spikes knocks you back you run back to spot. What is this? Oh a fear no worries i’ll pop my stability so i at least can dps for 5 seconds before i start my usual game of catch”

Claw of Jormag is a bad example as all of his attacks can be negated by using the fire shield skill on the charrzooka or the flamethrower. Pop the fire shield, avoid the attack, move to negate the skill reducing the CD to 3 seconds not 30 then repeat.

Hey OP, you can avoid all of the Claw’s fears with proper use of skill 5 on the rocket launcher you get in that event. THen you can simply dodge the spike waves and falling ice pillars. 0 stability needed for Claw of Jormag, but it does help in case you miss a dodge.

You can also jump above spike waves with the charzooka.

Or stand in one of the spots where the traveling ice never hits, there’s at least two spots in front of the claw that I know of.

CC, like many other things in the game, should be autobalanced.

Nothing like becoming immune to it each time it’s used on you, but instead getting a short duration stacking effect that does nothing until there’s enough stacks of it.

You get CC once or twice within a second or two, nothing happens. There’s stability and stun breakers for that. The effect expires before it can stack enough.

You get systematically spammed with CCs so much that no evades, blocks, blind, stability, invulnerability and stun breakers in the world can prevent you from being stunlocked and can’t do a single thing for enough time? The effects stack enough, and you get a free stun breaker and a 1-2s unremovable immunity to stuns.

With autobalance measures, you don’t need to change all skills in the game to prevent extreme situations, which may affect builds that were perfectly fine, and instead make it so extreme situations do not happen in the first place, without affecting the rest of the game.
