It would be just gorgeous if you’ll add events in major cities! It will enliven atmosphere and get many bored people busy.
So much beauty, but people only see the trading post and the banker…
[Suggestion] City events
Originally mini-games were intended to do help with that (things like bar brawls and archery in Divinity’s Reach). Many of those never made it into the game however and the mini-games that are there take place inside seperate areas (such as keg brawl).
In HoT adventures will be introduced though: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Adventure. It was mentioned that at least some of the mini-games that were originally planned but not implemented will be introduced as adventures.

I never did get to use the shooting range.
I said it a long time ago, but a Black Citadel mini game based around rescuing hostages as an Adamant Guard would be cool.

You do realize all events are already finished and prepared to be aired. Nothing is last minute…except hotfixes. If you wanted to suggest something u should have done it a long time ago. Nobody is changing anything.

A-net are constantly adding a bunches of new events everywhere. What prevents to add them into the cities?
And what’s the value of suggestion time? Another pessimistic comments like "they never do what I want ", or something like that? ^^
