Please give all of the Hearts in the core zones a character-bound Jug of Liquid Karma or something. The hearts don’t have to be repeatable like the LS3.

I just want to feel like I am being rewarded when I am doing world completion.

5x Warrior, 5x Ranger, 4x Elementalist, 4x Engineer,
4x Necromancer, 3x Mesmer, 4x Guardian, 4x Thief, 4 Revenant

All hearts already award karma for completing them.

Eat some candy canes and slap some boosters on before completing Renown Hearts for more Karma.

Good luck.

Load up on karma boosts on what you can. At level 80 it’s easy enough to get up to 45% from easily obtained guild karma boost, nourishment, food and using a karmic enrichment.

https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Karma

Guild karma boost, up to 10% (all levels, requires HoT)
Peppermint oil, Tin of Fruitcake, Tuning Icicle: 10% (level 80)
Scoop of Mintberry Swirl Ice Cream, Peppermint Omnomberry Bar, Tropical Peppermint Cake: 10% (level 80)
Karmic enrichment: 15%, level 80, 10 laurels
Ice Cream: 5%, level 25

And of course various banners, boosters, birthday gun, etc.

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.

In addition to the cash and karma rewards that already exist, you also get map rewards for event completion, and a map completion reward when you finish a map.

Can you explain why you feel it isn’t rewarding enough in more detail? Nobody is going to tell you that you don’t feel the current rewards are too small, but unless you tell us, we are not going to understand why either.
