Looking back at how guild messages work, it’s basically having the player check his guild screen for any updates on when they will be doing guild missions, where to meet up, etc. While it is nice, more often than not, most players who join multiple guilds would have difficulty remembering all that, which would lead to a large chunk of players forgetting about scheduled events unintentionally. Which is why I would propose a system that allows guild masters to actually have tools that basically have him pick a date, set an agenda, and a meeting place. In addition, have every guild member who is either representing or not be notified of these events similar to an organizer app you would see in smartphones and those notifications sent to them via mail or through an automatically generated message on the chat at a specific time. as a direct whisper to them. Of course, the downside to this is that notifications of this type is limited to the messaging systems in-game (chat and mail).
