I am part of the Lead of a guild and we make in game events for our community to participate in.
We do Around 5-6 events every week and with the upcoming expansion we add raid events to that list.

The issue we are having is getting these things planned in and notifying our members that they are happening, we do this in the message of the day atm.
Nobody looks at the message of the day and we miss a lot of people because of this.
We can’t add people into specific events either which we will need for raids.

Attendance list with accepts/declines would be amazing, come to think of it just copy WoW’s system:D

Another fast solution for this issue would be to allow guild leaders to mail all members at the same time without waiting 1min per member.

Does anyone know of a good event Calendar solution? (must be ingame nobody uses websites)
